As Canada’s largest manufacturer of paper and tissue products, our client obsesses over quality. Each customer complaint and quality exception needs to be identified, investigated, logged in the system, and resolved effectively – in a timely manner.
We leveraged SharePoint to create custom workflows, optimize the search function, set up alerts/notifications, secure authentication, set access permissions, and more to deliver the functionality that our client needed. Furthermore, we optimized the SharePoint application for mobile use to make it smooth and responsive on phones and tablets.
The final result was an intuitive application that facilitated the production of quality reports; improved collaboration and provided management with deep insights into quality issues, which enabled the business to improve customer service processes.
